There are many ways to refer to the Ability Clinic®:
- Patients- if a patient wishes to pay directly or is able to attain funding personally or through a legal claim then they can simply contact us to arrange a consultation
- Solicitors- we are able to accept referrals from solicitors at any stage of a claim, either following settlement of a claim, or after an interim payment in conjunction with the BICMA rehabilitation code
- Case Managers- We understand and appreciate the important role case managers have within the process and engage with them on regular basis to ensure that collectively we meet the best outcome for the patient
- Embassies- Embassies can contact us directly. We are experienced in handling the process to get overseas-based patients treatment at our clinics, including arranging visas and accommodation
- Private Consultants- Simply contact us to discuss the referral of any patients requiring orthotic or prosthetic care
- GPs- GPs can refer patients through to us directly. We are always happy to discuss a patient's requirements.
- Physiotherapists- We have extensive links with physiotherapists and welcome any enquiries about prosthetic or orthotic treatment. Contact us to discuss any patient requirements.
- NHS Personnel/ Trusts- in certain circumstances it is possible to gain funding through NHS trusts. We are able to help advise on this process
